Concert night!

The Sioux Lookout Multi-Cultural Youth Centre was packed last Saturday night for an evening of musical performances by learners in the centre’ music program.
The concert featured bands, Hot Mess, True North, Stix ‘N’ Stringz, Variable Pitch, and the Little Town Roaders (pictured left).
Solo performers were: Serena Saudino (pictured bottom right), Noah Zarecki (pictured to right), Maria Derusha Rice, Addyson Favot and Gianna Carnochan, and Keanna Carson and Brooke Elliott.
“I thought the event was really good. The youth played very well,” said Music Program Coordinator Tommy Kuzemczak.
The Sioux Lookout Multi-Cultural Youth Music Program is a program of the Nishnawbe-Gamik Friendship Centre.
A Christmas concert is planned for Dec. 13 at the Youth Centre.
