Dean Osmond appointed SLMHC Acting President and CEO

The Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre’s (SLMHC) Board of Directors have appointed an Acting President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Dean Osmond, who has been part of the SLMHC team since 1991, stepped into the role effective February 1.
Osmond has held leadership positions within SLMHC, including charge nurse, coordinator, manager, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. 
“Dean has provided strong leadership over the years,” said Board Chair Sadie Maxwell in a media release issued by SLMHC on Jan. 31. “We look forward to his continued guidance and leadership as we seek a long-term solution at the President and CEO position.”
