It's March.

I'm watching the birds and waiting excitedly for April 1 - the first day of Spring on my MacKenzie calendar.

After many years of trying to figure out how to have a slightly shorter winter and a longer summer, I finally did it! My calendar has assigned the month of November as Fall, the four months of December through March are Winter, April is Spring, and the glorious six month stretch from May through October is my Summer.

So, sorry Ol' Man Winter. You're still a great season, but not as long as you used to get credit for.
