Crowd greets Blanket Train destined for unfolding ceremony in Capitol
On Tuesday June 19, blankets donated from Sioux Lookout were put on board the Blanket Train. The Canadian Ecumenical Jubilee Initiative (CEJI) and the Aboriginal Rights Coalition (ARC) organized a cross-Canada collection of blankets to generate public attention and government action in Aboriginal land, treaty and inherent rights issues.

Fire dept. sparks interest at daycare
