LSPS arrest two people during execution of warrant at Frenchman’s Head residence

Two Frenchman’s Head residents, from Lac Seul First Nation, are facing charges after members of the Lac Seul Police Service executed a warrant on a residence in Frenchman’s Head on Sept. 2.
Police have charged a 37-year-old individual with:
• Utter Threats to cause Bodily Harm 264.1(1)(a)  
• Fail to Comply with Release Order 145(5)(a)  
• Fail to Comply with Release Order 145(5)(a)  
Police also charged a 30-year-old person with:
• Assault a Peace Officer 270(1)(a)  
• Obstruct a Peace Officer 129(a)
