Gloria Jean Candice Johnson Wylie

Gloria Jean Candice Johnson Wylie passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at Mount Sinai hospital in Toronto.
Gloria was born in Sioux Lookout to Elmer and Margaret (Kizuik) Johnson. Gloria is survived by her daughter Krista Wylie, her son Jay Wylie, and her brother Karl Johnson. Gloria is also survived by their families: Emree Siaroff, Maddie Siaroff, and Bennett Siaroff; Diana Fleming and August Wylie; Marjorie Johnson, Shawnessy Johnson, and Rachelle Boone.
Krista and Jay fondly remember their family summers at the cottage in Kincardine, hosting an open house each Christmas Eve for friends (a tradition that Krista continues), and playing scrabble together. Gloria enjoyed traveling and saw many parts of the world. Her favorite trip was to Ireland. Her most adventurous trip was to Tunisia. Gloria visited San Francisco many times in the years after Jay moved there. She liked to stay right downtown on Union Square during the week so that she could shop and people
watch all day!
Gloria did not want a memorial service. We appreciate you keeping her in your memory.
