It is with great sadness that the Bull family announces the passing of their beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Joseph “Roy” Bull of Sioux Lookout, ON on June 4, 2022. He is survived by his loving: wife Mary Jane, his daughters Donna (Dave) and Lisa (Cal), his grandchildren Erin, Lorryn (Justin), Callie (Dakota) Calroy, Ryan, Kris- ten, Cita (Isaiah) and Nate (family) and great-grandchildren Brooklynn, Aubrey, James, Dantay, Cedar, Kennedy, Kyan, Kaija, Lake, Kaden, Liam, Emma, Avalie and McCrae.
Roy’s passions included fishing, guiding, hunting, trapping, spending time outdoors, playing hockey and spending quality “Poppa” time with all his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Roy devoted most of his life to working as a conservation officer for many years where he also developed friendships and met many colleagues.
We would like to give thanks to everyone who reached out.
Also a special thank you to Joanne and Gord Ford.
Anicinaabe Prayer
Oh Great Spirit, we awake
To another sun
Grateful for the gifts bestowed
Granted one by one
Grateful for the greatest gift
The precious breath of life
Grateful for abilities
that quide us day and night.
As we walk our chosen paths
Of lessons we must learn
Spiritual peace and happiness
Rewards of life we earn
Thank you for your spiritual strength
And for our thoughts to praise
Thank you for your infinite love
that guide us through these days.
