Obituary - Cristal Amanda Spade

September 5, 1994 - March 16, 2019

In loving memory Cristal Amanda Spade, age 24, of Sioux Lookout, who passed away March 16, 2019 at Thunder Bay.

Cristal Spade is survived by her daughter Neebeesh Spade, her parents John and Caroline Spade, her brothers Jonathan and Rudy Ignace. She is predeceased by her grandparents Jack and Marjorie Ignace, Grandmother Maggie Spade, and her baby Mezzetay Spade.

The family of the late Cristal Amanda Spade would like to thank those that assisted with the funeral costs, Mishkeegogamang First Nation, Jake Williams & Lisa McKay Support Group, Lac Seul First Nation, Peter and Miranda Rae, Charles and Marjorie Benson, Tikinagan Staff, IFNA, and many friends and family members. I would like to thank those that were brave enough to visit her at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. Thanks for stopping by, assisting with the visitation, church service, feeding the family with food, and creating a memory video.
