Municipal landscaping

Sioux Lookout residents will notice a change as they commute through the community.
Last week, the shrubbery surrounding the town clock at the intersection of Front Street and Wellington Street, was removed and replaced with stones and gravel.
According to Brian P. MacKinnon, manager of corporate services/ municipal clerk, the landscaping was conducted, “for greater ease of maintenance, to reduce the incidence of trash being tossed in that area, and to provide an overall enhanced aesthetic.”
