The Northwestern Health Unit (NWHU) has released its 2023-2026 Strategic Plan.
The health unit used input from the public, partners, staff, and stakeholders to, “identify where to focus its work to improve the quality and length of life for local residents,” NWHU shared in a Jan. 25 media release.
Over the next four years, NWHU will work with individuals, families, groups, and community partners to improve population health outcomes, collaborate, build relationships to optimize impact and efficiency, and develop innovative approaches to support staff and strengthen the health unit’s resiliency, responsiveness,
and capacity.
