OPP investigate sexual assault with a weapon 

On Friday, March 8, 2019, the Sioux Lookout Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were contacted by the Lac Seul Police Service (LSPS) to assist with a sexual assault investigation that occurred on or around March 6th, 2019, in Kejick Bay. 

The Sioux Lookout OPP Regional Crime Unit has now taken over the investigation and as a result have charged 26 year old Adam Capay of Kejick Bay, ON with one count of Sexual Assault with a Weapon, contrary to Section 272 (1) (a) of the Criminal Code. Capay had a bail hearing at the Sioux Lookout Courthouse on March 11, 2019. 

The Sexual Assault investigation is ongoing at this time.
