Question of the Week:
Last week we asked people how they and their loved ones celebrated Easter during this time of social distancing, if the Easter Bunny stopped by their house, and if they were using technology to keep in touch with friends and family. These were your responses.
Andrea Byler Cospito
It has been a fun family weekend in spite of our self-quarantine! We had a fun Easter egg hunt, treasure hunt with gifts from grandparents, visits through the window with friends and family, and a delicious turkey and mashed potatoes dinner, ending with some fabulous chocolate lava cakes.
Twylla Goertzen Penner
We've been ‘joining’ with extended family through technology this weekend. As a family, we wrote encouraging words to each other and shared as part of our Easter celebration (along with scavenger hunts to find chocolate).

We are having a dinner, just two of us; all our family is back home in Manitoba. We will be calling everyone later. We are still having ham, meatballs, stuffing, potato salad, and banana cream pie for dessert. We will give thanks and put out a spirit plate for our angels that watch over us. Happy Easter to all.

We had our dinner last night, just the four of us. We have been calling and messaging family. Watched church this morning, Calvary Baptist on YouTube. And yes, the Easter Bunny came!
