Snowmobile trails ready to ride

Good news for snowmobilers.
The Ojibway Power Toboggan Association (OPTA) says all of its lake trails have been staked, the Town loop and Hudson loop are open, as well as the A trail to Dryden.
The OPTA says that due to logging, the A trail to Ignace will not be open this year.
“A big shout out to our volunteers, without them we would have no trail system in Sioux Lookout,” shared OPTA President Dean Osmond.
To snowmobiles he shared, “Please drive safe, stay on the marked trail.”
The Ojibway Power Toboggan Association (OPTA) is a volunteer organization that maintains snowmobile trails in the Sioux Lookout area and promotes safe snowmobiling by providing training courses and keeping trails in good condition.
