The Sioux North High School Junior and Senior Girls Basketball teams, as well as the Junior and Senior Boys Volleyball teams were in action Oct. 12 in Dryden against the Eagles, Oct. 7 at home against the Ignace Falcons and, Oct. 6 at home against the Eagles.

In their Oct. 12 matches, the Junior Girls Basketball team fell to the Eagles 48-12, the Senior Girls Basketball team was defeated 41-23 (pictured), the Junior Boys Volleyball team won in four sets (25-18, 22-25, 25-23, 25-20) and the Senior Boys Volleyball team won an intense five set contest (23-25, 25-18, 20-25, 25-23, 16-14).

In their Oct. 7 matches, the Senior Girls Basketball team won their match against the Falcons 43-27. The Junior Boys Volleyball team lost in three straight sets (10-25, 17-25, 19-25), while the Senior Boys Volleyball team won in three straight sets (25-11, 25-13, 25-13).

In their Oct. 6 matches, the Junior Girls Basketball team lost to the Eagles 44-13, the Senior Girls Basketball team lost 50-24, the Junior Boys Volleyball team won in three straight sets (25-16, 25-7, 25-15) and the Senior Boys Volleyball team won in four sets (25-22, 18-25, 25-23, 25-21).
