Warriors sports

A tough week in sports for the Sioux North High School Warriors.
The senior boys volleyball team, who had captured the NORWOSSA “AA” championship on Nov. 10 in Kenora, was defeated in both games of the NWOSSA championship in Thunder Bay Nov. 17 and 18 by Hammarskjold High School.
The Warriors girls hockey team (pictured) was defeated in their first game of the season by the visiting St. Thomas Aquinas High School Saints last Sunday evening at the Sioux Lookout Memorial Arena.
